Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You may cancel your re:srch subscription at any time by:

  • Going to your account settings within the application and selecting "Cancel Subscription," or
  • Contacting us at support@re-srch.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription."

We will confirm your cancellation via email within 2 business days.

2. What Happens When You Cancel

When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods.
  • You will continue to have full access to paid features until your current period expires.

3. Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

  • Your account and saved data will be retained for 90 days in case you choose to reactivate.
  • After 90 days, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You may request immediate deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@re-srch.com.

4. Free Tier Access

If re:srch offers a free tier, your account will automatically revert to the free tier upon cancellation. You will retain access to free-tier features without interruption.

5. Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time by logging in and choosing a plan. If you reactivate within 90 days, your previous data and projects will still be available.

6. Cancellation by re:srch

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis as outlined in our Refund & Dispute Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service.
